Birth: Callen Ethan Ballard

Cara and Mike Ballard of Libby announced the July 18, 2010 birth of their son, Callen Ethan Ballard.

The baby was born at 1:15 p.m., at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds, 12.5 ounces and measured 20 1/2 inches in length.

Paternal grandparents are Ray Ballard of Kalispell and Phil and Barbara Soucy of Libby. Paternal great-grandparent is Edithe Burgess of Kalispell.

Maternal grandparents are Jay and Dorita Clemans of Yakima, Wash. Maternal great-grandparents are Hoyte and Belle Brown of Tieton, Wash.

The baby has one sibling, Colton, 4.
