Author to sign books Oct. 28 at Troy Library

Author Doris Knowles Pulis plans to be on hand for a book-signing event on Thursday, Oct. 28 at the Troy Library.

Beginning at 7 p.m., Pulis will read a selection from her book, “How It Looks Going Back, Growing Up in the Montana Woods.” Afterward, Pulis will field questions and sign books.

This book is a memoir about a young girl growing up in the Yaak country in the 1950s. The family purchased a homestead with a two-bedroom log cabin on a small lake located above the old Upper Ford Ranger Station.
