Gardening club elects officers

The Avid Gardeners, a local club for green thumbs, recently announced the naming of its new officers.

Pam Lance is club chairperson and Angela Faulk is vice chair. The club secretary is Sue King, and treasurer is Maria Wegner.

“We are looking forward to a year of growth and many community projects,” Lance said.

Members invite anyone to join the club for its meetings the first Friday of every month at 2 p.m. at the Libby Christian Church.
