Drop off light bulb, get LED bulb

The New Horizons Learning Center, which serves as the Troy Schools’ after-school program, is offering free LED bulbs for those willing to drop off burned out light bulbs.

The progam wants to use the old light bulbs for a Christmas ornament-making project.
