Letter: Death of a republic occured on March 21

Dear Editor:

On March 21, 2010, the greatest free republic in the history of humanity began a final death spiral. This 200-plus-year-old republic, tested many times and in many ways, was never defeated by a foreign power.

Formed by a handful of men with great wisdom and integrity; destroyed by a corrupt and arrogant body forming a totalitarian dictatorship. The centralized political authority began to exercise its absolute power to suppress all individual freedoms and manage all economic power.

A free America, may you rest in peace.
