The Libby High School wrestling team lost a dual by one point for the second straight week.

Ronan’s Cameron Neiss pinned Libby’s Kyle Leir in the dual’s final bout on Thursday night for a 42-41 victory. The pin occurred with 37 seconds remaining in the second period.

Winning matches for the Greenchain were Mike Roby (125), Mitch Haugen (130), Cody Elliott (140), Dylan Berget (145), Kyle Sweedman (171) and Kody Berget (215).

Each school forfeited victories at two weight classes. On the mat, Libby won six of the 11 matches but the Chiefs were able to compile more points on pins.

Libby is now participating in Friday and Saturday’s Rocky Mountain Classic in Missoula.
