Letter: Endorsement letter for judge candidate

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Jim Wheelis, candidate for the 19th District Court judge in Libby.

I have known Jim for more than 12 years.

Jim has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and fairness. He is an honest and moral man with excellent scholastic accomplishments. His good judgment and mature outlook will ensure a logical, fair and practical approach to the difficult decisions that a district court judge must make.

Jim would be an asset to the Montana Judicial Court system and I am happy to give him my wholehearted endorsement.
