Zachery G. Newman

Zachery G. Newman, 22, of Libby, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

He was born April 24, 1987 in Kalispell to Larry and Joann Woods Newman. He grew up and attended school in Libby and graduated from Libby High School with the class of 2006.

He had attended ITT Technical Institute in Spokane, Wash., for training as an electronics technician. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping and bowling.

Family said they will remember him as having a big heart, his generosity, always wearing a smile and his love for family and friends.

He was preceded in death by an Aunt Maria and an Uncle Brian.

Survivors include his parents Larry and Joann Newman of Libby; a brother, Vic Newman of Ketchikan, Alaska; two sisters, Jamie Lynn Newman of Libby and Nichole Newman of Butte; 18 aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins.

Services will be Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Libby. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
