Wade P. Ehlen

Wade P. Ehlen, 57, of Troy died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center from natural causes.

He was born April 16, 1952 in Sioux Falls, S.D., to Nick and Ramona Preuss Ehlen. He grew up and attended school in Sioux Falls and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1970. He met and married Bonnie Ruegger in 1973.

Mr. Ehlen worked as an iron worker in construction and also drove camera trucks for the movie industry. He moved to Troy in 1993. He loved his pets.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie of Troy; father, Nick Ehlen and wife Jane of Sioux Falls, S.D.; and a brother, Jeff Ehlen of Seattle, Wash.

Services will be held at a later date.

Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby handled local arrangements.
