Sports Update: Libby girls soccer team wins, 4-1

The Libby High School girls soccer team remained unbeaten on Thursday with a 4-1 win at Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Anna Valentine scored twice and Ashley Shaw and Jaime Gilden also found the net in the nonconference victory.

Libby led 2-0 at halftime on goals by Valentine and Shaw, the latter coming in the final minute of the half. Bonners Ferry avoided the shutout with a goal in the 76th minute.

Libby improved to 6-0 on the season.
