Letter: Tester legislation represents good start

Dear Editor:

I would like to thank Sen. Jon Tester for introducing the forest and recreation management bill. I would also like to thank everyone who worked so long with the Three Rivers coalition.

We need more backcountry permanently protected. This is a good start.
