Good thoughts on beautifying Libby

Dear Editor:

When the courthouse got their new lamps, I thought, “that’s pretty.”

When the Memorial Center was built, I thought “so elegant.”

When the trees were replaced and now have some four years of new growth, I thought “what a nice job and how great they are looking.”

When the sidewalks were being repaired at the end of Mineral, I thought, “Yeah, it’s about time.”

When I saw the eagle guarding the beautiful lamps and sidewalks and flowerpots on the Streetscape, I thought, “wow.”

Thank you to all who have endeavored to make our town beautiful. You are appreciated.
