LHS drama team 3rd at Kalispell Holiday Invite
Canda Harbaugh/The Western News Paige Bothman and Jason Schikora perform a Humorous Duo piece Friday at the Libby Care Center. The duo placed second in that category at last weekend's Kalispell Holiday Invitational.
The Libby High School drama team placed third at the Kalispell Holiday Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
Staged at Glacier and Flathead high schools, the event featured schools of all sizes competing for top honors. The invitational continued despite a power outage at the debate school on Friday night.
Libby’s Jolee Holden and Miranda Raab nabbed a first-place finish in the Serious Duo category. Jason Schikora and Paige Bothman placed second in Humorous Duo. Justin Lasser and Jessica Broderick placed fifth in that same event.
Eli Miller and Erin Rogers had a sixth-place showing in Classical Duo. Jon Vinion was fourth in Pantomime. Schikora took seventh in Humorous Solo.
