Boys Basketball: Trojans open season on home floor

The Troy High School boys basketball team opened the season with losses to Valley Christian and Stillwater Christian.

Playing at the Troy Activity Center in a preseason tournament, the Trojans lost to Valley Christian on Friday, 71-46. Jake Alexander scored 15 and Ryan Rayson added 10 in the effort.

On Saturday, the Trojans fells to Stillwater Christian, 59-48. Brian Hammrich led with 16 points while Trent Cratty added 11 and Rayson 10.
