Virginia McGill

Virginia Mae McGill, 78, died Aug. 9, 2009 at Sandpoint, Idaho.

She was born Sept. 8, 1930 in Jackson, Minn., to Ernest and Anna Marley. She married Robert Dahms in 1948 in Sandpoint. Her husband of 33 years died in 1981.

She worked for the City of Libby from May 1971 through August 1991 as billing clerk and city clerk/treasurer. She married Arnold McGill on Jan. 8, 1982.

She is survived by her husband, Arnold, of Libby; son, Gary Dahms of Soda Springs, Idaho; and daughter, Robyn Dahms of Spokane, Wash.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12 at the Assembly of God Church in Libby. Burial to follow at City of Libby Cemetery.
