Letter: Hospital prompt care, ER staffers excel

Dear Editor:

I wanted to say thank you to St. John’s Lutheran Hospital’s prompt care and emergency room departments.

I’m a native of Libby and I come home every year to visit with family and friends. Every year, someone makes a trip to prompt care or ER.

My yearly contribution? The minute we walk through the door, we’re greeted by a smiling face. The employees are friendly and caring and take care of needs quickly.

I live in California and when you go to the ER there, you better pack a lunch and expect a six- to 12-hour wait. You are a number, not a patient in California.

St. John’s staff is ready and willing to meet your needs and after you leave, they call to see how you are recovering.

Libby should be proud of the great care at St. John’s. This is one reason I want to move home.
