Clyde B. Rexroad

Clyde B. “Rex” Rexroad, 70, of Libby died at his home on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009.

He was born Sept. 25, 1939 in Baltimore, Md., to Ralph and Fanda Rexroad. He grew up and attended school in West Virginia, graduating in 1957. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp for four years.

In 1975, he moved to Libby. Mr. Rexroad went to work for Higdem Ford (now Timberline Auto) and worked there for 15 years. He then worked for Jenkins Motors until his retirement in 1998. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. 

Survivors include his brothers, Paul Rexroad of Libby; and Guy Rexroad and wife Martha of South Carolina; sister, Doris Micely of West Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

At his request, no services will be held. Memorials may be given to Cabinet View Country Club. Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home handled arrangements.
