Sherry L. Boling

Sherry L. Boling, 62, of Libby died from natural causes on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at St. John’s Lutheran Hospital.

She was born Aug. 27, 1946 in Minnesota to Felix and Eunis Firchow Doran. She was raised and educated in Simi Valley, Calif. In 1974, she married Ron Boling in Las Vegas, Nev., and they lived in a number of places before moving to Libby in 1997.

Mrs. Boling had worked as a certified nurse’s assistant at the Libby Care Center and St. John’s Lutheran Hospital. She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, wildlife and freshwater aquariums, and was known as a cheerful person who enjoyed friends and family.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Boling, of Libby; two children, Dorian Boling of Libby; and James Boling of Kalispell; two sisters, Sandy and Linda; and a grandson, Maverick Owens.

Private family services will be held.

Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby handled arrangements.
