Cheryl Ann Urdahl

Cheryl Ann (Braun) Urdahl, 46, of Seward, Alaska, died of natural causes Aug. 23, 2008 in an Anchorage Alaska, hospital.

She was born April 20, 1962, in Libby, Mont. She loved fishing, swimming and the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Urdahl; a baby daughter, Cherrie Shuree Urdahl; and a son, Joseph Braun of Livingston, Mont.

She is survived by two sons, Jerald Braun and Justin Braun - both of Livingston; fiance, Darrell Shandy of Seward; mother, Shirley Straley of Libby; two brothers, John Urdahl of Libby and Warren “Chet” Urdahl of Ninilchik, Alaska; stepbrother, Frank Straley of Washington; and a sister, Cheri Lynn Carr of Ninilchik.

The family has planned a pot luck memorial luncheon at the Mint on Sunday, Sept. 14, at 1 p.m.
