Libby, Troy graduations Saturday

Libby High School and Troy Junior/Senior High School will hold their graduation ceremonies on Saturday, May 31.

The LHS ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. in the gymnasium.

The valedictorian for LHS is Riley Hoyer and the salutatorian is Shelby Barton. Both will speak during graduation. “Rhythm of Life,” arranged by Richard Barnes, will be performed by the Libby High School Choir.

Honorary speaker is Carole Anne Stephenson, who works at Libby Middle School as an educator.

Troy’s graduation will begin at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium.

The ceremony will feature presentations by valedictorian Delsey Olds and salutatorian Liz Straley. Senior Logan Anderson will introduce the commencement speaker, Tony Smith. He is the high school history teacher and boys basketball coach.
