Dr. Theodore (Ted) F. Pacheco

Dr. Theodore F. (Ted) Pacheco, 74, a longtime Libby dentist, died Sunday, April 27 in Mesa, Ariz. He was born Nov. 27, 1933 in Butte to Ted and Mary (Hoye) Pacheco.

Survivors include his wife Joan of Libby; his children Juanita Bonner of Billings, Kathy Pietz of Phoenix, Ariz., Bobbie Marken of Troy, Cindy Steward of Tulsa, Okla., Mike Pacheco of Jackson Hole, Wyo., and Pat Pacheco of Gooding, Idaho; a sister, Betty Tomasich of Seattle; brothers John Pacheco of Whitefish, and Duane Pacheco of Cleveland, Ohio; 18 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rite of interment with military honors will follow at the City of Libby Cemetery. Rosary and parish vigil service will be at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home. A complete obituary will follow in the next issue of The Western News.
