Edna 'Eddi' P. Olson

A graveside service for Edna 'Eddi' P. Olson, 96, who died April 26, 2008, in Puyallup, Wash., is scheduled for 11a.m. Tuesday, July 8, at Libby Cemetery.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Howard L. Olson.

Howard Olson was the brother of Donald Olson and Leone Olson Bowles and son of Leonard J. Olson, both longtime Libby residents. Leonard Olson, his wife Gertrude, daughter Leone and son Howard moved from Minnesota to Libby in about 1915.

Donald Olson was born a few years after the move to Libby.

Edna and Howard settled in Grangeville, Idaho, where Howard had a dental practice for many years. They raised sons Brian H. Olson of Grand Junction, Colo., and H. Perry Olson of Buckley, Wash.
