David R. Holt

David R. Holt, 39, died in Troy on Feb. 21, 2008. He was born Aug. 8, 1968 at Kirksville, Mo. to John W. and Viola (Burnett) Holt.

He grew up in Kirksville and lived in numerous places around the country. He settled with his family in the Troy area. He enjoyed pool, singing, fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife Betty Holt, of Troy; mother Viola Holt of Libby and step-children Tommy Goldberg of Troy, Jonathan Wall and Jamie Stowe, of Shamrock, Texas.

A private burial was held at Boyd Cemetery in the Yaak. Services and a potluck will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 at the VFW Club in Troy. Arrangements are by Nelson & Vial Funeral Home in Libby.
