Defending the freedoms of the country

To the Editor:

Regarding a recent letter to the editor highlighting the “socialist commonwealth:”

Have you ever lived in a communist country?

Well, I have. I grew up under that system and let me tell you, you don't know what you're talking about.

Freedom of speech is a no, no!

The healthcare system was absolutly horrible, and food - well - when you can get something, be prepared to stand in line for a few hours.

This is the best country in the world, that's the reason everyone wants to come here, all anyone asks is that it's done legally. We have to obey the law, don't we?

I have a suggestion, why don't you move to Russia? Enjoy that system and see how you like it.
