Loggers host playoff game

In what can only be called a blowout, the Loggers defeated the Bigfork Vikings 56-0 in Libby's last home game of the year at Logger Stadium.

The Logger quarterbacks all saw some action, passing for a total of 319 yards to Bigfork's 69.

Junior Joel Fuller passed for a whopping 288 yards, with sophomore Colton Canning passing 26 yards and freshman Kelly May for 5 yards.

Both the Chumley brothers, Josh and Jeremy, made touchdowns in the first quarter with 5 yard runs a piece.

Fuller made the other two touchdowns of the first quarter - one with a 15 yard pass to Senior Zack Rowan and the other with a 3 yard run into the endzone.

In the second quarter, sophomore TJ Benson and Fuller each scored a touchdown. Senior Loren Nelson made a touchdown on a 62 yard punt return.

Nelson received for a total of 114 yards, with Rowan receiving at 74 yards.

Junior Seth Wright and Sophomore Colton Cannon both received 50 yards a piece.

Nelson made the final touchdown in the fourth quarter on a 5 yard run.

The Loggers rushed 123 yards to Bigfork's 75 yards.

Jeremy Chumley rushed a total of 71 yards. Fuller rushed for 28 yards, with Benson falling in behind him at 20 yards.

This was the last home game before the State playoff game, which will be at Logger stadium Nov. 3.
