Kenneth E. Hutton

Kenneth E. Hutton, 68, died Thursday, Nov. 8, at his home in Libby.

Kenneth was born in Libby on Nov. 5, 1939 to Harold (Hap) Hutton and Evelyn Maurer Hutton.

He attended Libby public schools and was employed by the J. Neils Lumber Company and subsequently, the St. Regis Paper Company for a number of years. He later worked as a meat cutter in San Jose, Calif. for four years, before returning to Libby.

He is survived by his children, Penny and her husband Todd Conway of Walnut Creek, Calif., Michael Hutton of Reno, Nev., Lisa and her husband Richard Hutton-Woest of Brentwood, Calif., Larry and his wife Katie Hutton of Discovery Bay, Calif., and Chad and his wife Kim Rebo of Great Falls; sisters Ardith Myhre, Betty Ross, Marcia Madison and Margie Johnson, all of Libby; Shirley (Sue) Kihs of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; Judith Tulleners of Spokane, Wash.; brothers, Lorne (Jim) Hutton of Libby, Hutton of San Jose, Calif., and Lawrence Hutton of Anchorage, Alaska; and four grandchildren Nicole, Matthew, Ashley and Dalton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Maurice, Cleve, Don, Jack and Chuck; and a sister, Virgean.

Services will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, at the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment services will follow in the City of Libby Cemetery.
