Assistance in the fight against tobacco

The Great American Smokeout week is Nov. 11-17. Once again, Barb Guthneck and I will be giving out free Tobacco Quit Kits throughout Lincoln County at the Stein's grocery stores in Eureka, Wednesday, Nov. 14 and Troy on Thursday, Nov. 15 and Rosauers in Libby on Friday, Nov. 16.

Anyone interested can also pick up Quit Kits from medical care providers throughout the county that week and until supplies are gone. Quitting tobacco is not easy but it can be done. Pick up a free Quit Kit or call the Montana Tobacco Quit Line at 1-866-485-QUIT to help you quit for good!
