Dispatch service praised

Despite the comment in the article of "very poor 911 dispatch service", I beg to differ.

On a professional and personal level, I had to call twice last month for ambulance transport. Not problem. Several other times in the past three years I have called for transport on professional level. I have not had any problems.

I dialed 911 just like anyone else can do and had immediate response. It has not failed me. My stats are 100 percent.

A big thank you to the dispatch service that answers, and the ambulance crew that shows up very timely. Very well done to you people out there making a difference in people's lives.
