Money better spent?

To the Editor:

With money being tight to most people in Libby it seems to me that the logo for Libby's Eagles needs to be "Build it and we shall pay for it." Was the public involved in the financing of these birds? Sounds to me that we taxpayers are supporting a chosen few in Libby while the rest starve to death. The birds are pretty, but when innocent people continue to be exposed to something that we all know kills you, knowingly since 1999, maybe that money would be better spent to relocate folks who want to leave Libby but can't. To all of you ignorant people in denial to the truth to state Libby has a future with the beginning of the birds, may I remind all of you to view the testimony of Davis Newman and Nina Lavin on 6/20 and 6/26 by NYOSHC. Their is no future of Libby when innocent people continue to die from asbestos, being lied to by a bunch of murderous liars who tell these folks that Libby is safe. You all know who you are and so do we.
