"We were more aggressive offensively more of the time against Flathead," said May. "We were very passive against Bigfork with the ball. We didn't attack their defense."
In Saturday's game against AA Kalispell Flathead, Libby lost 55-66; Neverthelss, May was pleased with the Lady Loggers' performance.
"At times we were very aggressive," he said of their non-conference loss. "I think we're improving. We still turn the ball over too much, but we're also forcing a lot of turnovers. We just need to make sure that when we possess the ball we get a shot off."
Jackie Mee led with 24 points and 8 rebounds, with Brittany Morgan contributing 17 points.
Coach Mee mentioned the younger Libby Loggers will be playing this Tuesday in Libby in a Freshman and JV double header beginning 4:15.
"This is a good opportunity for people to come out and watch the younger players," said Mee.
