Ronald R. Shuck

Ronald Raymond Shuck, 58, died Wednesday, Nov. 28.

He was born on Feb. 27, 1949 to Raymond and Bonnie Shuck in Couer d' Alene, Idaho.

Ron enlisted in the Army in 1968 and served two tours in Vietnam. He lived in the Libby area after being discharged and worked at the Libby dam, as a logger, as a truck driver and as a hunting guide.

Ron was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Shuck, grandparents, three uncles and a brother-in-law, J. C. Foote.

He is survived by his wife Sabrina of Fortuna, Calif.; his mother, Bonnie Schulke and her husband Earl of Libby; daughter, Catrina Burnison and her husband Bart, of Pateros, Wash.; sister, Donna Richmond and her husband Jack, of Elko, Nev.; brother, Herbert Shuck and his wife Sara, of Libby; step-sons, Gary Booker of Fortuna, and Kevin Booker and his wife with the U.S. Marine Corps in N.C.; three grandchildren, Morgan, Branson and Wyatt of Pateros, and numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and cousins.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held in Fortuna, Calif.

Memorial services in Libby will be held at a later date. The Libby Cemetery will be the final resting place.
