Vandalism suspects in custody

| April 18, 2007 12:00 AM

Libby police have arrested a 15- and 18-year-old in last week's downtown burglary and vandalism spree, said Police Chief Clay Coker.

Names of the suspects weren't released. By the law, police cannot release the name of the juvenile.

Most of the stolen goods and money has been recovered. Business owners still don't know exactly how much of their property will be returned and if all of it came through unscathed.

"We were told that one of them(suspects) was of age and one wasn't," said Alpha Computers manager Donna O'Neil.

Diana Sweeney of Cabinet Books and Music also wasn't sure if she would ever see the $100 stolen from her store.
