Glenn Johnson

Glenn Mahlon Johnson, 66, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006, at St. John's Lutheran Hospital in Libby.

He was born June 23, 1940, in Ulysses, Kan., to the late Lawrence and Lorinda Cole Johnson.

Glenn married Carol Schull in 1958.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 to 1961.

In 1963, Glenn moved his family to Libby, where he remained.

He also was preceded in death by a brother, Verdie; his infant son; and his wife.

Survivors include his daughters and their husbands, Margie and Gary Coe of Post Falls, Idaho, Glenda and Ron Peters of Lake Stevens, Wash., and Kim and Brent Loushine of Tucson, Ariz.; brothers Lawrence, Don, Bill and Larry; sisters Pauline, Leona, Velma and Lorna; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at City of Libby Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Nelson & Vial Funeral Home.
