To the Editor:
Where is justice in Lincoln County?
How dare the county attorney not pursue conviction of David Alexander Cooper after his sexual exploitation of two minor children? How dare the county attorney not pursue conviction of Christopher Showen after his participation in an attack on the Eureka police station? How dare Judge Prezeau suspend all but two of Cooper's 20-year sentence for sexual abuse of a child? How dare the judge give Showen a five-year suspended sentence?
Are you outraged by this failure of our public judiciary to protect our families, welfare and safety? If you are, remember it on election day!
