Kerry Ann Parker

Kerry Ann Powell Parker, 50, died June 20, 2006, at her home in Libby.

She was born Dec. 30, 1955, in Kalispell to Robert Powell and the late Carol Powell.

Kerry was raised in Rexford and Libby, graduating from Libby High School in 1974.

She married Richard Parker in 1973 and they had a son, Cory. After Richard's death in 1975, Kerry moved with her son to Sacramento, Calif., where she earned a degree as a certified medical assistant.

Kerry enjoyed family, friends, music, flowers, the beach, rainbows, and most of all, her son.

She also is survived by a grandson, Peyton of Hermiston, Ore.; her father and stepmother, Joyce Powell, of Libby; sisters, Wendy Powell of Kalispell and Dina Larsen and her husband, Steve, of Aurora, Colo.; and nephews, Steven Larsen and his wife, Deidre, Christian Larsen and Mike Bush, all of Missioula, and Art Willett of Libby.

No services will be held.
