Bob Bothamley

Robert Charles "Bob" Bothamley, 69, of Libby died from natural causes on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2006, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Bob was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Los Angeles to the late Charles Albert and Alice Marie Gibson Bothamley.

He graduated from high school in Los Angeles and served in the U.S. Navy.

Bob retired as a firefighter in Glendale, Calif.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, fixing things, watching wildlife on his ranch, and rock hounding.

He is survived by his partner, Carolyn Norstebon of Libby; daughters Carol Alexander, Cindy Zimmerman and Pam Bisson, all of Los Angeles County; a sister, Edith Russakoff of Oxnard, Calif., five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece; and a nephew.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Buffalo Hill Funeral Home in Kalispell handled arrangements.
