Ellen Davis

Ellen M. Jenson Davis, 64, a former resident of Troy and Libby, died on Aug. 24, 2005, at Spokane.

She was born on Jan. 9, 1941, at Hot Springs.

Ellen attended schools at Troy and Libby and as a teenager worked at Jack's Cafe.

She worked as a cook in Washington state for 30 years.

Ellen enjoyed her family and friends, hunting, fishing, camping and quilting.

She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

Survivors include her daughter Dianne and her husband Ron McGuire, son Darrell Laird, and grandchildren Tanner McGuire and Kaitlin Laird.

She is also survived by her mother, Wilma Hudlow Dennis, Spokane; brothers Dale Van Note, Spokane, Ronald Jenson, Creston, Wash., and Dwayne Jenson, Palmer, Alaska; sisters Janeth Hilmes, Troy, Darlene Kates, Dusty, Wash., and Cathy Dennis, Spokane, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
