Christina LeCount

Christina A. LeCount, 37, of Columbia Falls, died on April 28, 2005, at her home.

She was born on Jan. 26, 1968, at Redding, Calif., to William and Nolda Rowton Scalf.

Christina attended school in Shasta County in California and moved to Libby in 1992.

She married Steve LeCount on Sept. 10, 1994, at Bull Lake.

She enjoyed her children, horses, raising chihuahuas, photography, painting and music.

Survivors include her husband Steve and their three children, Derek, Joseph and Ashley LeCount, all of Columbia Falls; her parents William and Nolda Scalf, Libby; brother William Scalf Jr. and his wife Lauren, Florence, Ore., sister Sabrina Sowerby and her husband Tom, Redding, grandparents Walter Scalf and his wife Reoma, Redding, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, at the Libby Baptist Church.

Local arrangements were under direction of the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home.
