Troy students thanked for effort while Libby students challenged

To the Editor:

Wings has been doing an annual fundraiser in Lincoln County for a few years and every year the people of Troy have responded with caring hearts and open pocketbooks.

The young people of Troy have obviously inherited that giving spirit! Wow!

To Kelly Palmer, who inspired his students to achieve beyond their wildest dreams, to the students of Troy High School, our hats are off to you! You really are "People Helping People." God bless you and thank you! Thank you!
