Ruby Williams

Ruby L. Williams, 72, of Troy, died Sunday, July 24, 2005, at St. John's Lutheran Hospital.

She was born on April 29, 1933, in Rolla, Mo., to Albert and Dovie Chambers Gaddy.

She grew up and attended a country school near Rolla, and married Clyde Train at Rolla in 1948.

They traveled from place to place, following construction, for 21 years.

She married Ivan Williams in 1971.

Ruby enjoyed traveling with Ivan, fishing and running poker games around town. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was a great contributor to her community, respected and loved by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Homer Gaddy and husband Ivan Williams.

Survivors include her daughter Mitzi Judd, Spokane; step-children Glenda Williams and Glenn Williams, both of Libby; sisters Velma (Dolly) Nash and her husband Bill, Rolla; Roxie Lewis and her husband Jack, Troy; Lorrine Lewis and husband Paul, Rolla; Ellen Billings, Ashland, Mo., brothers Doyal Gaddy, Rolla; George Gaddy and his wife Mary, Newburg, Mo., grandchildren Chris and Suzy Hinkley, Spokane, Sarah and Ray Potlari, Bellevue, Wash.; Nick and Rhonda Alexander, Spokane; LeeAnn and Ryan Saccomanno, Spokane, Jaymes Judd, Turkey, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Private family services will be conducted.

Arrangements are under direction of the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home.
