Kudos Igniters

Congratulations and thanks to the Libby Igniters Car Club.

That was one heckuva great celebration last weekend.

The downtown streets were packed with people both Friday night and Saturday. Several merchants told me what a great day they had Saturday. Merchants need to figure out how to extend that to Friday night. Many people were window shopping.

Perhaps representatives from the downtown merchants should meet with or work with the Igniters to make Friday night an even better time for everyone.

There's no doubt the community has something big going on when so many vintage vehicles and vehicle owners came from so far away. We can easily tap visitors for the show from the Flathead and northern Idaho.

Again, thanks to the Igniters for the hard work in bringing this celebration along and making it better each year.
