Too often EPA believes they are God

To the Editor:
As usual you hit the nail on the head. I don't have a question for the EPA but champion your efforts to make someone's life "a living hell."
Those folks don't seem to get the message that they're not God! Good Luck.
We have our own little EPA project going here in Tacoma. The ASARCO copper smelter operated here for nearly 100 years spewing arsenic and lead contaminated smoke from its stack. Now they've filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy so some of the neighborhood yard contaminated soil removal is on hold.
Luckily, our yard is minimally affected. We were advised not to eat or play in the dirt in our yard! Darn! No more mud pies when it starts to rain!
