Ruby Curtis

Ruby L. Curtis, 87, of Libby, died Sunday, April 10, 2005, at the Libby Care Center.

She was born on Feb. 24. 1918, in Ontario, to Lewis and Bertha Gerber Rose.

She grew up and attended school in Central Ontario.

Ruby married Jon Curtis on March 17, 1972, at Fort Francis in Ontario and they moved to eastern Montana later that year.

In 1988 they moved to Naples, Idaho, and in 1995 they moved to Libby.

Ruby enjoyed cooking, making bread and reading.

Survivors include her husband John, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; sons David Snider and his wife Gerrie, Logan Lake, B.C., Bill Berry, South Hampton, Ontario, and Donald Berry, Antikon, Ontario.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 18, at the Bonners Ferry Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Local arrangements are by the Nelson & Vial Funeral Home.
