The Center for Asbestos Related Disease Foundation invites the community to memorialize loved ones who have passed away as a result of an asbestos related disease.

Your loved one’s name will be printed on a sign that will be displayed every year at the Annual Big Sky Bash,” according to the release from the foundation.

Each sign will have more than one name, and the signs will be displayed for people to see as they walk into the Bash.

The foundation plans to have the form on their website, but in the meantime, forms can be picked up at the CARD Clinic, or those interested can contact Donna Williams at 406-293-9274 ext 132, or foundation@libbyasbestos.org.

The cost for memorializing a loved one is $10, and checks should be made payable to the CARD Foundation.
