Part of Montana Avenue broke into a sinkhole roughly 3 feet wide Tuesday.

The hole has been repaired and filled in with gravel, said Jim Hammons, Libby city administrator.

The hole will be paved over later this summer, he said.

Hammons said the sink hole was caused by a water main leak.
