David and Malissa Moffett welcomed a baby girl on Feb. 22, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Liberty Moffett weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Brian Bell of Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.
