STATE OF MONTANA NOTICE OF DECORATIVE ROCK PERMIT SALE AND BID INFORMATION The State of Montana, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), hereby notifies all interested persons that bids will be accepted for the issuance of a decorative rock mining permit on the state land parcel described below. Bids must be submitted on a Department bid form and submitted in a sealed envelope to the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Libby Unit, 177 State Lands Office Road, Libby, MT 59923. Sealed bids must be RECEIVED by 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2019. DESCRIPTION OF TRACT OFFERED AND MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE BID NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 27 West Located in Lincoln County, and containing 10 acres, more or less The minimum acceptable bid is $30.00 / Ton The permit shall be awarded to the person submitting the high-qualified cash payment to cover the first year advance royalty. Any students that graduated from Troy High School before 2009 should contact Christina Schertel if they would like a copy of their Special Education Records. The district is responsible for keeping records for up to eight years after a student graduates or leaves the district. Records will only be released to individuals whose names are on the file or their parents. All other records older than 10 years will be destroyed on July 1, 2019.
