Charles Perry

Charles “Chuck” E. Perry, 70, passed away at the Libby Care Center in Libby, Montana, on Jan. 31, 2019.

Chuck was born April 8, 1948 in Grants Pass, Oregon to Theodore and Dorothy Perry. He was raised in Crescent City, California and Junction City, Oregon, attending schools in both places.

Chuck served four years in the U.S. Navy, with much of his service in Vietnam. He worked in grocery and food. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, and was a member of the National Rifle Association as well as Libby Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1548.

Perry had two children and three grandchildren.

Chuck is survived by three of his seven brothers, Bell Perry of Crescent City, California; Frank Perry of Junction City, Oregon; and Kenneth Perry, also of Junction City; one sister, Loretta Bailey, of Libby, on whose ninth birthday Chuck was born.
