June 13, 10:02 a.m. — A caller in Post Trailer Court called to report a cat running around that was not on a leash.

June 13, 1:12 p.m. — A caller reported that his dogs treed a mountain lion up Freeman Ridge Road in the Yaak.

June 14, 12:47 a.m. — Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle at Pioneer Park. An arrest was made of a white male adult for Driving Under The Influence. Male was transported to CPMC for blood draw.

June 14, 10:48 a.m. — Caller reported his neighbors on Longbow Lane were practice shooting firearms which is in a residential area.

June 14, 12:08 p.m. — A Montana Fish and Game officer responded to a call from U.S. Border Patrol that one of their employees was attacked by a mountain lion up West Kootenai. The lion was dispatched.

June 14, 2:23 p.m. — Cabinet Peaks Emergency Department contacted Animal Control to advise they had a female from out of town that was bitten by a dog on Highway 2. Dog was located and taken to the shelter for a 10 day quarantine.

June 14, 9:50 p.m. — Officers responded to suspicious activity at 416 Montana Avenue. A white male adult was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs.

June 15, 11:28 a.m. — A male visiting from New Hampshire called 911 to report he had been bitten by a yellow lab in front of Asa Wood School. Officer responded and took dog to shelter for a ten day quarantine.

June 15, 3:47 p.m. — A caller reported that while they were hiking at Ross Creek Cedars someone entered their locked vehicle and stole an electronic tablet.

June 15, 6:41 p.m. — Caller reported that they had found marijuana in the parking lot of Libby Empire Foods.

June 16, 7:13 a.m. — A caller from Lucky Logger Casino called to report that his cell phone had been stolen from his vehicle.

June 16, 10:44 a.m. — Dispatch received several calls about a homeless male near the kids fishing pond in Libby. The homeless man began making threats to a mother and her children. Officers told the male that he needed to move on the fishing pond was not a campsite.

June 16, 3:30 p.m. — Officers reported that they were in foot pursuit of two male theft suspects. Male was found laying in a field near City Service Road near railroad tracks. The second suspect was found near the railroad behind the old Ready Mix. Both suspects were arrested for escape, obstructing a peace officer, and extra jurisdictional warrants.

June 17, 12:55 a.m. — Dispatch received a call about a possible disturbance on West 1st Street. The caller can hear yelling and items being thrown around.

June 17, 7:55 a.m. — Officers responded to 905 Commerce Way, Plaza I for a call that a male is cupping up the bed with a knife. Suspect was arrested for partner family member assault 2nd offense.

June 17, 3:22 p.m. — Troy dispatch received a 911 call for a verbal disturbance at Broken Arrow Lane. Caller hung up giving no additional information. Officers were unable to locate where the call came from.

June 17, 5:29 p.m. — A father called to report that his 15 year old son was refusing to come home. The boy was at his sister’s home and he suspected that the sister’s boyfriend was giving him alcohol.

June 17, 6:48 p.m. — Dispatch received a call about a yellow dirt bike with a male rider all in black racing up and down Dakota Avenue. Suspect was located at East Balsam and Dakota Avenue. Officers arrested the male for driving under the influence and driving without a motorcycle endorsement.
