The Heritage Museum in Libby will hold its second annual fundraising Winter Expo this weekend.

Expos hours are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the museum at 34067 Highway 2 in Libby.

“This event grew out of the requests from direct sales vendors who cannot participate in the Museum’s Holiday Bazaar, which is reserved for vendors selling handcrafted and homemade items only,” a news release explains. “Here at the Expo you’ll find a large variety of direct sales and retail business merchandise as well as some homemade items from crafters.”

Sweatshirts, train T-shirts and other museum items will also be available for purchase, in addition to “items and gift certificates that have been generously donated by local merchants and friends of the museum.”

All of the money earned from sales of these items as well as a bake sale will benefit the Museum.

“This fundraiser helps cover some expenses that allow us to continue our Museum’s mission to preserve and interpret the history of Lincoln County and Northwest Montana,” the news release states.
